Episode 2: Cardassian Wars, Part 1

When we arrive at Solarian IV, we're equipped with Type II Phasers and task-specific tricorders. Kyle and I were on a shuttle together on the way down. When we land we're given our assignments. I'm naturally assigned to bring the new fusion reactor online so that it can power the colony. The lead colony engineer, Bob Fredrick Paisa, says that it will take several days to get it online. I laugh at him and get it done in 8. I could have gotten it done sooner, but I had to keep stopping and correcting his mistakes. Seriously, where did this guy get his engineering degree?

Personal Log: Addendum.

Nothing much happened yesterday or today, so I'm just going to append my previous log. The Agrippa departed earlier yesterday to handle a new priority mission. Another colony is under attack 14lyrs away. I hope there's no conflict here. The people are peaceful if a bit moronic. Captain wants to get the grid and transceiver up to help with protecting the colonists from natural predators and aid in planetwide communication. The captain's making me a bit nervous about the true state of affairs but I didn't voice them when he assigned five security teams with two shuttles to stay on the planet.
